By using KORE OS, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
KORE OS is licensed under MIT. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the service in accordance with these terms. Source code is available on GitHub.
You agree not to use the service for any illegal purpose, to violate any laws, to infringe upon the rights of others, or to distribute malicious software. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
You retain ownership of any workflows, data, and content you create using KORE OS. You grant us a license to process this content solely to provide the service.
The KORE OS platform, its original features, and functionality are owned by KORE OS and protected by intellectual property laws. The MIT license governs your use of the source code.
Paid services (if applicable) are billed as selected. Fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated. We may change fees with 30 days notice.
We continuously improve KORE OS and may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes.
KORE OS integrates with third-party services (e.g., GitHub, Supabase). We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties. Review their terms independently.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of non-public information shared during the course of using the service.
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
KORE OS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold KORE OS harmless from any claims arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days notice. We may terminate immediately for breach of terms. Upon termination, your access will cease and data will be deleted after 30 days.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notice.
